Who we are

ETDLedger is based in Sidi Bel Abbès, Algeria. You can reach us about privacy at hello@etdledger.com.

What we collect

We only collect data you choose to send us:

• Through the contact form: your name, work email, company, role (optional), the topics you're interested in, the size of your infrastructure (optional) and your message.
• When you email us: your email address and the content of your message.

Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, date, time and page requested, to keep the site secure and running.

Cookies and tracking

This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. If you switch between the light and dark theme, your choice is stored in your browser's local storage and never sent to us.

How we use your data

• To reply to your request, arrange a demo or prepare a quote.
• To follow up on a conversation you started with us.

We don't sell your data, and we don't add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Who processes it

Depending on how you contact us, your message reaches us by email or through a form-processing service that acts on our behalf. We don't share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to respond and to maintain the business relationship that follows, and then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

Under applicable data protection law, including Algeria's Law No. 18-07 on the protection of personal data, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email hello@etdledger.com and we'll respond.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
